At Oreeva, each product is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packaged to ensure the highest quality experience. Due to the nature of our fragrance products, all purchases are considered final sale.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
At this time, Oreeva does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered, except in cases outlined below.
This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer regulations for personal care and fragrance products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us assist you promptly, please email care@oreeva.in with:
- Your order number
- Clear images or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Upon verification, Oreeva will assess the matter and, at its sole discretion, may offer a suitable resolution, which could include a replacement or other appropriate support.
Please note:
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review
- Products must be unused and in original condition for assessment
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed. We kindly request customers to ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
All Oreeva products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Room mists and fragrance products
- Promotional or discounted items
- Gift cards
